ASSEMBLY

•  To hire an authorized service technician to 

assemble the weight rack, call 1-800-445-2480.

•  Assembly requires two persons.

•  Because of its weight and size, assemble the 

weight rack in the location where it will be used. 

Make sure that there is enough clearance to walk 

around the weight rack. 

•  Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the 

packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing 

materials until assembly is fi nished. 

•  In addition to the included tool(s), assembly 

requires the following tool(s):

two adjustable wrenches 

one rubber mallet 

 

one standard screwdriver 

one Phillips screwdriver 

Assembly may be easier if you have your own set 

of wrenches. To avoid damaging parts, do not use 

power tools.

2.  Attach a Foot (13) to the Left Upright Base (2) 

with an M5 x 19mm Screw (16). Next, insert an 

M10 x 90mm Carriage Bolt (14) upward into the 

Left Upright Base. 

  Attach the Left Upright Base (2) to the Base (1) 

with two M10 x 90mm Carriage Bolts (14), an 

M10 x 90mm Bolt (15), four M10 Washers (18), 

and three M10 Locknuts (19) as shown; 

do not 

tighten the Locknuts yet.

  Repeat this step for the Right Upright 

Base (3).
