The target value is a compromise between the actual target value of the 986 alloy for objects
thicker than 1 mm (25.5 MS/m) and the 1&4 ducat coins Austria and their restrikes (27-29 MS/m), which are
almost exclusively used in practice and are very frequent - these are special because they are very thin (0.71-
0.75 mm) and therefore below our regular minimum requirement of 1 mm.
