In non-domestic use Goldair limits the voluntary warranty to
three months.
Goldair undertake to repair or replac e this product at no ch arge if found to be def ective due to a manufacturing f ault during th e
warranty period.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, or wo rk carried out by anyone
other than a qualified electrical service technician.

The b enefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to oth er rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to th e
goods or services to which this warranty relates.
In Australia, our goods come with gu arantees that c annot be exc luded under th e Australian Consumer L aw. You are entitled to a
replac ement or refund for a major f ailure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or d amage. You are also
entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if th e goods fail to be of acc eptable quality and the f ailure does not amount to a
major failure.
In New Zealand this warranty is additional to the conditions and guarantees of the Consumers Guarantee Act (1993).
