OVERVIEW OF GOLDAIR CONVECTOR HEATER

Your Goldair Convector Heater is equipped with three heat settings and a thermostat to ensure your precise
heating needs are met. In addition the heater has a fan boost option which assists with circulating warm air
through your room. To enable you to set the heater to come ON and OFF when you require it, the appliance
is fitted with a 24 hour mechanical timer.

OPERATING YOUR HEATER

Before operation place the product on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.  Plug the power cord into a
standard 230/240 volt AC electrical outlet. The heater has three different settings:
• 0 - Off
• 1 - low heat
• 2 - medium heat
• 3 - high heat

Additional to the three heat settings there is a turbo fan with a separate On/Off switch located on the control
panel.

THERMOSTAT

Turn  the  thermostat  knob  until  the  maximum  temperature  is  obtained  on  the  graduated  scale.  When  the
desired room temperature is reached, slowly turn the knob anti-clockwise until the heater turns off (you will
hear a click). The temperature will now remain constant, regulated by the thermostat.

selected (see thermostat, power settings).
•Turn the outer dial of the timer in a clockwise direction until the time of the day (24-hour clock) corresponds
with the triangular marking. One complete turn of the dial corresponds to 24 hours.
•There are 48 “riders”, positioned around the dial, each rider represents 30 minutes. When the “riders” are
pushed  out  the  heater  will  turn  on  when  they  travel  past  the  triangle  marking  on  the  casing.  You  need  to
push out the riders to correspond with the time the heater is to turn on.
