Loosen and remove the four screws from
the cross bars then interlock. Be sure to
align the four holes in the bars with those on
the flange of the support shaft. Secure the
flange to the bars with the four screws.

Loosen and remove the height adjustment
knob from the top of the support shaft. Slide
the base decorative cap down over the
assembly. Replace the height adjustment
knob on top of the support shaft. Pull the
inner tube out from the outer tube to adjust
the tube to the desired height and tighten
the knob.

If necessary, slightly loosen the set screw by
turning it anticlockwise. Slide the motor
housing down over the support shaft and
tighten the fastening screw. Make sure the
screw is tightly secured.

Assembly

Unscrew the retaining ring from the front of
the

motor

housing

by

rotating

it

anticlockwise. Position the rear grill against
the front of the motor housing with the
handle at the top, ensure that the locating
pegs on the motor housing are engaged
correctly in the holes of the rear grill.

Tighten the retaining ring clockwise; do not
to over tighten.

Push the fan blade onto the motor shaft,
locating the slot at the back of the blade on
the drive pin that passes through the motor
shaft. Tighten the retaining knob by turning it
anticlockwise.

Slide the grill ring over the rear grill and
position the front grill against the rear grill.
Insert the bolt through the hole on the grill
ring and screw on the nut.
