Important notes 

Use  only  wooden  or  plastic  utensils  on  the 
non-stick surface. 
Place  liquids  in  the  removable  cooking  bowl 
only  after  rice  has  been  added.  Add  oil, 
butter,  margarine  or  any  flavorings  before 
moving  the  selector  switch  to  the 

“Cook”

Never  try  to  force  the  selector  switch  to  the 
“Cook”  setting  after  it  has  automatically 
switched  to 

“Keep  Warm”  mode  after 

cooking. 
Do  not  interfere  with  the  selector  switch 
during operation. 

TO  AVOID  THE  RISK  OF  BURNS  DO  NOT  COME  INTO  CONTACT 
WITH HOT PARTS, HOT WATER OR STEAM, PARTICULARLY WHEN 

REMOVING THE LID AFTER COOKING.

REMOVABLE COOKING BOWL. 

Care and cleaning 

The  cooking  bowl,  lid,  measuring  cup  and 
spatula  should  be  washed  in  warm  soapy 
water  after  every  use.  Do  not  use  harsh 
detergents,  abrasive  cleaners  or  metal 
scouring pads. Rinse and dry thoroughly.  

If  rice  has  been  cooked  onto  the  bottom  of 
the  bowl,  fill  the  bowl  with  hot,  soapy  water 
and  let  stand  for  about  10  minutes  before 
washing
