OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Operating Instructions
For best results, use pink, Sterno Brand Canned Heat Fuel Canisters to heat the unit

follow all
instructions and review all warnings on product prior to use.
1.
Remove steamer pan cover.
2.
If humidity is desired in cabinet, pour enough distilled water into the water pan to fill
it 1/2” deep, reinstall pan
cover (check water supply periodically during use).
3.
Remove lids from Sterno cans and place them in the insert holes in the fuel drawer.
Insert must be in drawer for use
, see Insert Installation shown in image above.
4.
Light the fuel canisters per instructions on the canister; close the fuel drawer.
5.
Load pretzels onto the pretzel rack.
Note:
Frozen pretzels take approx. 45
–
60 mins to preheat.
6.
Check Sterno canisters periodically to make sure they are still lit and functioning
properly.
7.
When finished operating, extinguish cans and allow water to cool completely, then
empty the water pan.
DO NOT
attempt to empty the pan while water is hot.
