Product not working:
• Recharge the product.
• Ensure the product is switched on.
• Ensure your Bluetooth-enabled device’s wireless
function is active.
• Ensure there are no other wireless devices in
discovery mode.
• Move the product closer to the device.
• Pair again the product and the device.
• If the product failed to pair with your device,
turn off the bluetooth function on you device,
and on again.
• If firmware update has failed, you may try to
clear the cache of your mobile device. Settings
» Apps » Show System » Bluetooth Share »
Storage » Clear Data. Alternatively, you may
consult your device’s user manual or search the
internet by keywords “Clear Bluetooth Shared
Data”.
