There is no sound coming from the headphones.
- Please make sure that you have adjusted the volume on the
(2) In-line volume
control. Also, please check the volume on your audio device to make sure it is
outputting sound.
-Please make sure that the
(1) 3.5mm audio cable
is fully inserted into your audio
device. Sometimes a case or protective cover can prevent a good connection.
The headphones are not fi tting comfortably.
- Please modify the
(3) Adjustable headband
by sliding the
(4) Headphone speakers
downwards or upwards until the fi t is comfortable.
