6. Click [Open firmware]button to browse and choose the firmware file you want to use [Rfw file],
then click [Open] button to confirm , choose the firmware file and click [Start upgrade] button
and begin to refresh firmware .upgrade firmware successfully or fail to upgrade , computer will
show it , if fail to , please close program and reconnect computer to try again.
7. After finish upgrading , please exit to computer.
8. Reconnect into computer again and execute
the format operation.
9. Open player once again , after the system
read information , you can enter opening
picture and use player breezily.

About volume
Player real volume is less than the standard volume in the computer system , there are three
reasons :

space for upgrading system.
Play mode support
Some songs play show time is incorrect
At present some mp3 and wma format which adopt VBR motive format due to the change of

The main reason is that the connection stop accidentally during the transmit, advise user don’t
cut connection when you are transmitting or formatting files , in case of missing data or system
crash , because of some different of win98 win2000 WinXP system , some difference on transmit
speed , you must according to transmit speed in play mode , have some picture to show the
transmit speed , when picture has stopped, the transmission has finished, please make sure and
wait for finishing transmission , then cut the connection , if have some abnormal phenomenon,
please try to reformat disk.
