Upgrade firmware detail method
1. Install upgrade firmware tool: Refresh tool v2.61.2:
Click “install firmware upgrade tool ”, then according to installation steps to finish installation ,
after finish installing , you can find “program/consumer update /Firmware Update in the begin
menu.
2. Plug player into computer according to refresh mode.
Method A: close player and dial the power switch to “O”position , press
key to connect com

puter , until computer find new hardware and loosen.
Method B: open player and enter [My settings] → [System settings] → [Refresh firmware] after
choosing and confirming , and connect computer.
3. If your computer refresh firmware at the first time , computer will show to find new hardware ,
(if have show something , advise to reconfirm about USB connection setting in the mainboard
COMS system , or start up computer or install the computer system ).
4. At then , computer will pop-up “ find new hardware guide “ , in turns , choose [No , no at the
moment], click [Next step] choose [from list or appoint position installation], click [Next step],
click [Next step], click [Search the best driver program in these position], click [Include this posi
-
tion during searching], click the right [Browse] button , choose [USB driver] in disc, click
[Confirm], click [Next step] , computer will search and install driver program automatically , until
computer show to finish new hardware installation , click [Finish] then new hardware will be
refreshed.
5. Execute “program / consumer update /Firmware Update” , open the firmware upgrade tool :
refresh tool v2.61.2.
