Checklist before requesting for service
Symptoms Check and actions
I cannot turn on
the power
When the battery is completely discharged, the power cannot be turned
on. Turn on the power after charging the unit.
Press the reset button
Check whether the Hold Button is pushed in the arrow direction.
I cannot see the
screen
When you have set the power off function, the screen goes off when there
no button operation in order to save power. At this time, you can press any
button to recover the screen.
The power goes
off
Check the remaining status of the battery.
When the battery is fully discharged, the power automatically goes off,
So try charging the battery.
When you have set the power Off function, the screen goes off when there
is no button operation in paused condition to save power.
Try turning the power on again.
I cannot play the
music
Check whether there is a file saved in the main unit that can be played.
Check if there is any file saved in the main unit.
Check whether the remaining battery level is insufficient.
I cannot hear the
sound and only
hear noise
Check whether the volume is set to “0”
Check if the earphones are connected properly there are any alien partic -
les in the terminal/
When the data is damaged for MP3 and WMA, it can create noise or dis -
connected sounds.
Check with other files
I cannot download
files
Check whether the product is properly connected to the USB terminal of
the PC.
Check whether the USB cable is connected properly between the PC and
the product.
Check whether the memory is full.
When I am liste -
ning to the radio
I can only hear
noise
The FM receiving signal strength may not be stable in locations such as
inside a building, or a moving vehicule.
