Trouble Shooting
Symptom
No Power
Possible Reason:
1. Check whether the battery is exhausted.
2. Check whether the battery is been loaded in properly.
3. Check the HOLD button.
4. If the system of MP3 is lost.
Solutions:
1.
Replace with a new battery
2. Re-insert the battery according to polarity.
3. Slide the HOLD button to UNLOCK.
4. Please reference page 17 of installing the driver and re-install the MP3 program.
No sound From earphones
Possible Reason:
1. Check whether the earphone plug is loose from the unit.
2. Check whether VOLUME is set to “0”.
3. Check whether the earphone plug is contaminated/ oxidized.
4. Corrupted MP3 file.
5. Check whether the earphone is damaged.
Solutions:
1. Re-insert the earphone.
2. Increase the volume.
3. Clean the plug.
4. Download the files again.
5. Replace with a new earphone.
Invalid Character on LCD
Possible Reason:
1. Cannot support this language
2. The LCD’s backlight is low.
Solutions:
1. Browse the website to upgrade the new version.
2. Replace with a new battery, or adjust the backlight contrast.
Poor FM reception (optional function – only for models with FM TUNER)
Possible Reason:
1. Weak
Signal.
2. Electrical interference by other electrical appliances
3. Check if contact with the earphone.
