1) The player can not power on.
Check the battery and see if it runs out of power.
Check again after connecting with power supply adapter.
If the player still can not power on after charging, please contact our service centre.
2) No sound comes out from the earphone.
Please check the volume and see if it is set up to 0.
Please check to see if nothing is wrong with the earphone connection.
3) The keys don’t work.
Please make sure that the electronic lock is not locked. If it is locked, please short-time press
“Unlock/ Power-on” key to unlock it and then try it again.
4) The player gives a loud noise.
Please check and see if the plug of the earphone is clear. Feculence may cause noise.
Check and see if the music file is not damaged. Try to play other music files. The damaged
files may cause loud noise or unstable tone.
5) The reception of the FM radio is not good.
Adjust the position of earphone and the player.
Shut off all electronic devices nearby.
Earphone can also be used as antenna.
5) The screen displays senseless code.
Please check and see if the language of the player has been correctly set up. The operation
steps of language setup: “Setup”—“General”—“Language”.
6) The player can not download files.
Make sure that the player is correctly connected to the computer.
Make sure that there is enough storage space.
Make sure that the USB line is not damaged.
