TROUBLESHOOTING
Disruption
Possible Cause
Solution
The unit won’t turn on
No electricity
Check if the power cord is
plugged in or if your power
socket is functioning.
The tip-over protection is
activated
Bring your appliance in an
upright position and ensure
that it stands on a flat
surface.
The voltage is too low
Make sure that the voltage
corresponds to the rating
label on your product.
The overheating safety
device is activated
Turn off (“O”) and unplug
the unit from the power
supply. Let it cool down (at
least 5 min) and ensure
that the appliance isn’t
covered or objects
blocking its openings. Plug
in your unit and turn it on
again.
The operation light is on
but the appliance doesn’t
work.
The set temperature
(Thermostat) is below the
actual room temperature.
If necessary, increase the
temperature by turning the
thermostat switch
clockwise.
REPAIR
In case of a defect, the appliance must be always inspected and repaired by the
manufacturer or an authorized service agent.
