TROUBLESHOOTING

When using the Rewinder

1. If the Rewinder tension is strong.

1. Please rotate the Rewinder tension control handle to the left side.

not good.

The rewinder tension will decrease

2. If the Rewinder tension is weak.

2. Please rotate the Rewinder tension control handle to the right side.

The rewinder tension will increase

If the roller temperature is

1. if the sensor is defective

1. Please ask to a supplier.

not working well

2. If foreign substances are

2. Please remove the foreign substances

in between the sensor and laminating roller

3. if the heater is defective

3. Please ask to a supplier.

4. If the THERMOSTAT is operating,

4. Please cool down the machine and reoperate the machine.

If same problem arises again,

If the compressor operation is not smooth

1. Please check the pressure gauge of the compressor and machine

if the machine is not switched on.

1. Please check the switch first

2. If the fuse is disconnected.

2. Please replace the fuse with 250V/8A fuse

which was delivered together with machine.

3. PCB BOX is opened

3. Please close the PCB BOX.
