Assembly

The Dust Extractor is shipped partly disassembled. 

Casters

1. Place the base plate

upside down and
attach the four
casters. 

Support pole

1. Turn the base plate

the right way round
and attach the
support pole. The
right-angle plate
needs to face the
shortest end of the
base.

Fan housing

1. Attach the fan

housing to the
support pole. 

Collector

1. With the gasket in

place, attach the
collector to the fan
housing.

Collector support
brackets

1. Fix a bracket to the

base plate and then
to the collector. 

2. Repeat for the other

bracket.

Bag support

1. Attach the bag

support to the
collector.

Bags

1. Fit both bags over 

the collector.

2. Use the belt on each

bag to secure the bag
in place.

Anti-vibration
bolts

1. Loosen the lock nut

on each anti-vibration
bolt.

2. Adjust the two bolts

so that the heads are
flush with the bottom
of the fan housing.

3. Retighten the lock nuts.
