Vehicle Load Disconnect Switch

If the vehicle is equipped with a load disconnect switch,
the switch disconnects 12-volt vehicle loads and 24-volt
trailer/aux loads that could cause a parasitic drain on the
batteries.

The switch should be placed in the OFF position when
the vehicle is parked for an extended period of time.

The load disconnect switch is located on the underhood
fuse block. The underhood fuse block is located on the
driver’s side of the vehicle, to the rear of the battery.

Notice: The main battery feeds to starter and NATO
jump start connector remain powered.
