Meter does not enter the test mode after inserting test strip.

The battery is installed incorrectly or there is no
battery in the meter.
Test strip inserted upside down, wrong end in, or
not completely inserted into the meter.
Repeat the test with a new test strip. If the same problem
persists, contact Gmate® Customer Service Support

Blood sample is applied after meter times out and turns
off (meter will power off if no activity after 90 seconds).
