Note 

When the heater is put into operation for the first time, a slight odour may occur. 
This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not used for a 
longer period of time. 

 

Note 

To improve operation, point the remote control towards the front of the fireplace. 

DO NOT press the buttons too quickly

. Allow the appliance time to respond 

to commands. 

 

Temperature limiting control 

The heater is equipped with a temperature limiting control. If the heater reaches an unsafe 
temperature, the heater will automatically switch OFF. Reset: 

1.  pull the power plug from the socket. 
2.  set the ON/OFF switch to ON and the TOUCH CONTROL PANEL to OFF Wait 5 

minutes. 

3.  Inspect  the  fireplace  to  make  sure  that  no  ventilation  openings  are  blocked  or 

clogged by dust or lint. In this case, clean the ventilation openings with a vacuum 
cleaner. 

4.  turn the ON/OFF switch to OFF and reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet. 
5.  If  the  problem  persists,  have  the  outlet  and  wiring  inspected  by  a  qualified 

technician.

  Clean with a soft cloth moistened with a citrus oil based product. 

 

DO NOT 

use brass polish or household cleaners because these products will damage 

the metal bar.

 

 
Glass: 

  Spray a high-quality glass cleaner on the cloth or towel. Dry thoroughly with a paper 

towel or lint-free cloth.
