Your XTP8831 is reliable and easy to use. If you encounter any problem
while using this product, please refer to the table below for possible solu-
tions.
Power Indicator OFF
Plug power adapter in the power outlet in the wall.
Plug power cord in the unit.
No image is displayed on LCD screen
Make sure the power indicator is ON and the A/V source is properly selected.
The unit is not responding when any button is pressed
Make sure the power cird is connected.
Be sure the RJ-45 wire is pluged into the “WAN” jack directly on the XTP8831.
Video of local view is dark
Increase light on the image and reduce back lighting.
Video connection is not established correctly
Hang up and call again.
Ask the other party to call you.
