Using a thin wall 1/2" socket unscrew the
orange ringed air fitting.

Using a 1/16" hex key, loosen the
aux knob set screw and gently pull
the knob off the valve stem.

Remove the air hose (if attached) by
pressing on the orange ring and gently
pulling the hose out.

With a medium flat blade
screwdriver, gently lift the spring
clip outward away from the front
panel just enough to clear the
valve body locating groove
and rotate the valve body counter-
clockwise 90 degrees.

Make sure the exterior
o-ring (#002-333) is
still on the valve stem
and next to the plastic
valve body, then slip
the smaller washer
over the brass valve
stem.

Move the valve body assembly back into position on the inside of the
front cover. Gently lift the spring clip outward and rotate the valve body
clockwise. Allow the clip locate in the top groove of the valve body.

Replace the knob and gently tighten with
the 1/16" hex key
Position the larger washer between the
valve body and inside the front cover.
Insert the new fitting thru the cover and
washer and lightly tighten fitting in the
valve body with the 1/2" socket. Take
care in starting the replacement air
fitting into the valve body to prevent
cross-threading the hole in the plastic.
Go slow and check for a straight air
fitting entry by looking at it from the
side of the machine.
