LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE

New Machine Lubrication and Maintenance

Brake Fluid Level

Check fluid level, with combine parked on 
level ground, and fill if necessary

Fluid level to be 6 mm (1/4 in) from 
top. Refer to the Specifications section 
for the correct brake fluid.

Drive Chains and belts

Check tension and alignment

Refer to the Adjustment section.

Engine Air Cleaner

Check and tighten all connections

Feeder Reverser

Check fluid level

Recommended change period - Initial 
fill only.

Rear (steering) wheels

Check toe in

Set toe-in to 6 mm (0.25 in). Refer to 
appropriate section of manual.
