Removing the mounting kits
□
Remove the indexes (G). Loosen the screws (H)
and remove the handles (I). Loosen the set
screws (K) with the Hex wrench (Hex: 2.5mm, L)
and remove the handle seats (J).
□
Loosen the flanges (M) from the valve bodys
(N & O). Adjust the rubber washers (P), metal
washers (Q) and mounting nuts (R) to the
bottom of valve bodys (N & O).

Installing the valve bodies
□
From underneath the deck, insert the cold end
valve (O) with the rubber washer (P), metal
washer (Q) and mounting nut (R) through
the hole on the right (cold) side.
□
From above, thread the flange (M) onto the
valve body (O).
□
Tighten the mounting nut (R) using a basin
wrench, so that the flange (M) sits flush against
the finished deck surface.
□
Repeat this procedure for the hot end valve (N)
on the left (hot) side.

The hot end valve is identified with a label.

Installing the handle
□
Place the handle seat (J) onto the right (cold)
flange (M) and tighten set screw (K) with the
Hex wrench (Hex: 2.5mm, L). Place the
handle (I) onto the handle seat (J) and tighten
with the screw (H). Insert the index (G).
□
Place the other handle onto the left (hot) valve
and install the same way.
