WHEN TO CALIBRATE

Calilbration may be required when it is initially installed, if the scale/balance is moved to a substantial distance.
This is necessary because the weight of a mass in one location is not necessarily the same in another location. 
Also, with time and use, mechanical deviations may occur.

HOW TO CALIBRATE

Press and keep 

 key and 

 key together then switch the power to ON which is on the left side of the 

indicator, the display will show CAL then the A/D value. Press 

 key, the display will show the calibration weight 

which you set. Place the display weight on the platform then press 

 key, the display will show - - - - - - , then 

de A/D value, now calibration is complete.

AUTO-OFF FUNCTION SETTING

MAke sure the scale is off.
Press and hold the 

 key (Do not release) and turn the scale on.

The display will show SET (Do not release 

 key).

While keeping the 

 key down, press the 

 key three times.

The display will show A.OFF (you can now release the 

 key).

Press the 

 key to enter the auto off adjustment mode.

Press 

 to scroll through the Auto off time adjustments.

Once the desired time is found press the 

 key to confirm.

You can now turn the scale off and the auto off time will be set.

NOTE: When the recharging sign “

”indicates, please charge the battery immediately. The scale needs to be 

charged for ten hours for the first time, and then recharged for four hours for the next time.

WARRANTY

This scale is warranted against defects of manufacturing and materials for a period of 1 year, from the delivery 

 

date.
During this period, GIROPÈS SL will take charge of repairing the scale.

 

This warranty does not cover defects or damaged caused by misuse, overloading or improper installation 

 

contrary to the recommendations described in this manual.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the reparation of the balance.
