Choosing a location
Place the appliance out of reach of children on a flat and stable surface at least 85cm above
of the floor level. Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm from other objects. The grill rack
and the liquid on the tray become very hot while the appliance is operating; wait for the appliance
to cool down before moving it.

OPERATING
1.
Fill the collection tray (F) with water; do not exceed the Max. level.
2.
Plug the appliance into a socket (220-240V 50Hz).
3.
Turn the temperature control knob to “1-2”. The indicator light (C) will glow and the
resistance (K) will start heating up.
4.
Turn the temperature control knob (E) clockwise to set the desired temperature level (1=
lowest temperature setting; 5= highest temperature setting).

Let the grid plate heat up for 5-10 minutes.
6.
Place the grill rack to the desired grilling level.
7.
Place the food to be grilled on the grill rack (A).
8.
Switch of the appliance by turning the temperature control knob (E) to “0”; the indicator
light (C) will turn off.
9.
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before storing it.
DO NOT USE THE BARBECUE WITH THE TRAY EMPTY, ALWAYS PUT WATER IN THE
TRAY WHEN USING IT. Do not exceed the Max. level.
If you want to add some water in the tray, always unplug the appliance and
carefully add it through the filling hole of the grid plate; do not touch the grill and
the grid plate when adding water and do not put water on the grid plate.
