10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze the excess water out)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
2 large cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Add more olive oil if needed.
4. Serve over cooked pasta.

Curry Chicken Salad
8 oz. cooked chicken, cut into cubes
¼ cup cilantro leaves
1 stalk celery, cut into pieces
3 tsp. lemon juice
½ med onion, cut into pieces
2 tsp. curry powder

salt & pepper to taste
1. Place all ingredients in bowl with the steel blade.
