HOW TO OPERATE
Dry Ironing:
1. Do not add water to the iron. Set the steam control dial to 0.
2. Set the temperature dial as stated on fabric care label.
3. Gently glide the hot iron back and forth over fabric to remove wrinkles.
To avoid scorching or damaging the fabric, keep the iron moving at a
regular pace.
4. When finished, always set the iron upright on the heel rest and unplug
from the outlet.
Tip:
To keep the surface of the soleplate smooth and in good
condition, avoid contact between the soleplate and hard or
metal objects.
Auto Shut-Off:
1. The iron will automatically shut-off if it has been left in the upright
position for approximately 8 minutes, or if it has been unused for 30
seconds in the horizontal position.
2. The auto shut-off indicator light will begin to flash to let you know the
auto shut-off has been tripped. As soon as you move the iron, the auto
shut off light will stop flashing and the iron will begin to work again.
3. If you do not move the iron while the auto shut-off light is flashing, the
iron will turn off.
