2.4 Installation of the cross bar
(Reinforcement profile)
If the size of the mosquito screen is greater than 1,500 mm in
height or width, it would be advisable to install a crossbar (rein
-
forcement profile) cutting it with the following allowance: interior
size of the hole -4 mm.
Insert the studs into the crossbar plugs until they protrude
approximately 0.50 mm from the inside and place the plugs at
the ends of the profile. Once installed, clip the crossbar to the
centre of the screen.
2.5 Installation of the fibreglass mesh
With the frames mounted, we will cut the fibreglass mesh,
approximately 55 mm larger than the external measurement of
the frame opening, and we will fix it to the frame using the rubber
band, introducing it into the rail and all around its perimeter, ten
-
sioning the fabric at the same time.
