Using the network
mailbox
The network mailbox is the answer-
ing machine in your provider's tele-
phone network. More information is
available from your provider.
You cannot use the network mailbox
unless you have
requested
it from
your provider.
Entering the network mailbox
number
In order to use the network mailbox
quickly and easily via the network
mailbox list and to use fast access,
you will need to enter the number in
your phone.

Accepting a new message
from the network
mailbox
When a message is recorded, you
receive a call from the network mail-
box. If you have requested Calling
Line Identification, the network
mailbox number is displayed. If you
accept the call, the new messages
are played back. If you do not accept
the call, the network mailbox
number is saved in the
calls list
Playing back messages
There are three ways of calling the
network mailbox.

The list is displayed as follows:
00: The number of new messages is only
displayed correctly if your network pro-
vider transmits this information.

: The number of old messages is not
available.

call the network mailbox.

Fast access to the network mail-
box:
To access the network mailbox,
simply press and
hold
the
1
key
– you do not have to select it via
the menu.
Please note
Enter the network mailbox phone
number into your directory along
with the designation "Network
mailbox"; the display and the calls
list will then show this designa-
tion.
