APPENDIX A: VIA Chipset Driver Installation
When loading the VIA drivers for the system, the Windows version should
be OSR 2.1 or later or Windows 98 Bata3 or later.
If your system version is Win95 or OSR 2.0, You must use the
USB
support update
(make sure the update language is the same with your
system language) to upgrade your system to OSR 2.1.
