7.3 Problem list

Problem; When operating grapple open, this goes into tilt up position. However not in
opened condition.
Cause; Interference in the load holding valve (11), it won’t be opened.
Solution; Changing load holding valve.

Problem; When sawing in tilt down position, the grapple will go into tilt up position.
Cause; Sequence valve of the tilt cylinder (10), the pressure limitation of the tilt cylinder (8)
or the adjustable restrictors (6 & 7) are not sealing off any longer.
Solution; Changing seals / O-rings.

Problem; When operating grapple open, the saw blade is coming out.
Cause; Sequence valve of the saw or check valve D are not sealing off any longer.
Solution; Changing seals / O-rings.

Problem; There are no problems when sawing in tilt down position. However when sawing
in tilt up position, the saw isn’t working properly.
Cause; The pressure in the big accumulator is to high.
Solution; Reducing some pressure.
