2.5 TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of troubles while using your RFID antenna, please, refer to the following tips.
1. When the reader cannot read tags, please check the sequence of the yellow and the blue wire
for Wiegand port whether is wrong. If yes, please cut off the power supply and then swap
the yellow and blue wires for the correct connection.
2. When reading a tag, the reader’s Green LED is flashing but not the Red LED, and there is
no beep sound from the buzzer. Please connect the Green wire with the White wire together
so that the tag can be detected by the reader.
