W ARRAN TY

 

Delta OHM is required to respond t o the "fact ory warrant y" only in those cases provided by 
Legislative Decree 6 Septem ber 2005 -   n. 206. Each instrum ent  is sold after rigorous inspections;  
if any m anufacturing defect  is found, it is necessary t o cont act  the dist ributor where the 
instrum ent was purchased from . During the warranty period ( 24 m onths from  the dat e of invoice)  
any m anufacturing defect s found will be repaired free of charge. Misuse, wear, neglect , lack or 
inefficient  m aintenance as well as theft  and dam age during t ransport are excluded. Warrant y does 
not  apply if changes, t am pering or unauthorized repairs are m ade on the product . Solutions, 
probes, elect rodes and m icrophones are not  guarant eed as the im proper use, even for a  few 
m inutes, m ay cause irreparable dam ages. 
Delta OHM repairs the product s that show defect s of const ruction in accordance with the t erm s and 
conditions of warrant y included in the m anual of t he product . For any dispute, the com pet ent court  
is the Court  of Padua. The I talian law and the “ Convention on Cont ract s for the I nt ernational Sales 
of Goods”  apply.
