19. Guarantee provisions
19.1 Guarantee period
The following guarantee provisions apply to new goods worldwide:
The Gharieni Group GmbH offers for all treatment tables of the SPL med series.
→
a 10-year guarantee for their metal frames,
→
a 5-year guarantee for their actuators and
→
a 3-year guarantee for their other components.
19.2 Guarantee exclusion
Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the equipment has not been damaged
during transportation and that the set of accessories is complete and in good
condition. Claims must be filed within 8 days after the delivery of the Gharieni-
product.
Wearing parts (such as e.g. all types of lamps as well as glass panels, consumables
such as terry products, etc.) are not covered by this guarantee.
Apart from the cases specified in the supply agreement, the guarantee is
void when:
→
damage has been caused by improper use of the treatment table and its associated
components.
→
damage of the treatment table and its associated components has been caused by
gross negligence.
→
the malfunctioning is attributable to the operator.
→
any stickers (such as e.g. the rating plate, instruction notices, etc.) have been
removed.
→
appliances associated with the treatment table, parts of the treatment table or of
the associated appliances are opened without explicit permission by the operating
instructions (e.g. for cleaning).
→
the instructions in this instruction manual have not been followed.
→
the treatment table
has suffered changes after repair operations performed by a
third party unauthorized by Gharieni Group GmbH.
