3.6 EC declaration of incorporation
We hereby confirm that the incomplete machine: Pneumatic actuator type: PA30-PA90, functions: Failsafe Close
(FC); Failsafe Open (FO); Double Acting (DA) is in conformity with the relevant provisions of the Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC. The special technical documentation according to Annex VII Part B of the Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC has been prepared and will be forwarded to the national authorities upon justified request.
