Move electrical hold-open device until catch contacts sliding block (

First Operation and Function Test

Open moving leaf and engage in electrical hold-open device (

Open fixed leaf and engage in electrical hold-open device (

Screw down cover panel (

Push moving leaf out of electrical hold-open device (

Fixed leaf closes automatically. Moving leaf remains in waiting position of closing sequence control and also
closes when fixed leaf is closed.

Testing for acceptance (only for use in a hold-open device)
An acceptance test must be carried out in order to ascertain the correct function and installation according to
the regulations once the installation has been completed on site. Acceptance test to be performed by authorised
personnel; see “Instructions for Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of the GEZE Hold-Open
Device FA GC”.
