When the bus power supply fails, the device performs no actions.
The device is in full operating mode upon reinstatement of the bus power supply.
If configured with ETS, upon bus power reset or restore, specific parameters can be set
so that the device transmits the following to the bus:
• arming status and arming enable
• alarm signalling and alarm memory
• malfunction and tamper signals
• sensor status (1 bit information)
• sensor status (1 byte information)
