backrest cover.
Motor sound during operation.
These sounds are the result of mechanical
structure and not malfunction.
The massage cushion does not
start operation.
Ensure that the power is on.
Ensure that the power plug is firmly
connected to the electrical outlet.
Ensure power adapter is firmly connected
to power cord.
Check that the voltage at the electrical
outlet is adequate.
After prolonged use, Massage cushion
motors may need to cool down to protect
them.
Please wait 30 minutes and try again.
The massage rollers stop during
the massage session.
- The roller mechanism may be stalled
when subjected to excessive force.
Release excessive force on the rollers.
- The device just finished 15-minutes
massage session and turned to a standby
mode automatically. Turn the device on if
you need one more massage session.
