5.  Turn the roti and in about 20-25 second you’ll 
 

see air bubbles begin to appear on the top 

 

surface of the roti.

6.  When this happens turn the roti to the side and 
 

very gently shut the Upper plate. The roti will 

 

start puffing up on both sides and in a few 

 

seconds is ready for serving.

7.  Once the roti cooked, open the Roti Maker 
 

and carefully remove it from the Roti Maker with 

 

a non-metallic utensils. Never touch the cooking 

 

surface with sharp, pointy or metal objects. 

 

This could damage the no-stick surface.

CAUTION: HOT SURFACES

To cook more rotis, close roti maker to retain heat. Always be sure the green light 
goes off again before making more rotis. 

IMPORTANT: EVERY TIME YOU MAKE ROTI, PRE-HEAT THE APPLIANCE UNTIL 
THE GREEN LIGHT GOES OFF.

•  Once you are finished cooking, disconnect the plug from the wall outlet and 
 

leave the Roti maker open to cool.
