WARNING!
• Before repair and maintenance, turn off the product, disconnect from the power source, and wait
for the product to completely cool down first.
• DO NOT use steel scourer pad or other hard object to scrub this product, and DO NOT clean the
oven door safety lock system.
• DO NOT use harsh cleanser or metal blade to clean the oven door glass. Scratching the door glass
may cause the glass to shatter.
1. Grease formed during the cooking process may corrode the oven cavity over time and affect the
heating effect. Please clean the oven cavity after each use.
2. Regularly clean off food residue in the oven cavity. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean
condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the
product and possibly result in safety hazards.
3. Soft cloth moistened with mild cleanser (such as dish detergent) can be used to wipe the exterior
of this product. Afterwards, wipe again with a moist cloth, then finally wipe with dry cloth to keep
the exterior and oven cavity dry.
4. Use warm water to wash the baking tray and grill rack. After cooking, DO NOT immediately wash
tray or rack with cold water.
5. It is recommended to use cloth dampened with hot water to clean the oven cavity after each
use, then wipe dry and use Heat Dry Function to ensure the oven cavity is dry to prevent bacteria
growth.
Cleaning The Steam Generator
1. Use citric acid and make into 500 ml solution according to instruction, then pour into the water
tank. Also empty the water tray.
2. Activate Assist Function “A07 Descale”. When countdown hits 3 minutes and the product pauses,
empty water tray again.
3. Pour away the citric acid solution in the water tank, add in 300 ml pure water, resume Descale
Function and let it run till completion.
4. Afterwards, clean off the water tank and water tray.
