4.6.7 Face Detection
The Face Detection function can detect for and capture faces to be sent to an FTP server.
Select the checkbox next to
Face
to enable and click
to configure.

1. Once enabled, define the detection area, either by selecting
Specified Area
and
drawing a desired area on the image, or select
Full Screen
to set the entire image as
detection area.
2. Configure the following functions as needed:

Snapshot Sensitivity:
Drag the slider to adjust the detection sensitivity.
Snapshot Mode:
i.
For
GV-SD2722-IR / SD3732-IR
, Select
Intelligent Recognition
to set the
maximum of repeated face snapshots (1~30) for
Max. Same Thumbnail Image
.
ii.
For
GV-SD4825-IR / SD4834-IR
, Select
Intelligent Recognition
for the
camera to detect and take snapshots of the object automatically.
Human Body Snapshot:
To take a snapshot of human body in the detection area,
enable this function. (Only for
GV-SD4825-IR / SD4834-IR
)
