Visitor access management
The QR code represents a Mobile Card,
aka virtual access card. Each Mobile Card
is a unique ID
The QR code represents a
virtual visitor card. Each QR

The QR code changes every 10 seconds
to avoid duplication.
The QR code is static.
The Mobile Card is issued by GV-
ASManager to a user’s phone, and the QR
code is generated by GV-Mobile Access
app to represent the mobile card issued.
The QR code is generated
by GV-ASManager Visitor
Management System (GV-
VMWeb).
A user receives an e-mail to activate the
Mobile Card using GV-Mobile Access app.
The activated Mobile Card will be
transformed into dynamic QR codes as an
access pass.
A visitor receives a QR code
in a confirmation e-mail for
visiting request.
