GeoRef K2 Controller Connecting
GeoRef K2
GeoRef K2 GPS receiver is used as the controller for eFix R1. Based on Windows
CE/Mobile operation system, with 1GHz industry-grade processor and meeting IP 67
standard, it supports large-size raster image data (up to 10GB) loading and 100 M) level
vector data loading, providing comprehensive GPS/GIS software application solutions. For
more details of GeoRef K2 specifications and how to use it, please refer to the “GeoRef K2
Series Hardware Operating Instructions”.
The operation steps for connecting eFix R1 receiver with GeoRef K2 controller are as
below:
1.
Turn on eFix R1 receiver
2.
Turn on GeoRef K2 and run gPac software installed inside.
3.
Enter “COMM” function part, click “Connect” and enter “Bluetooth Tools”.
4.
Click “Bluetooth Power”, go into “Communication Mode Setup” , select
Bluetooth option to power on Bluetooth.
5.
In “Bluetooth Tools”, select “Search”. The K2E will search nearby bluetooth
devices and display in a list, which will be automatically saved for next time
convenient fast connect, or users can manually delete it.
6.
Select the R1 receiver among the list, and click “Connect” , the K2E controller
will connect with the R1 while the software will back to the “COMM” interface
from the “Bluetooth Tools” interface. The detailed information of R1 will be
showed in “Status”, such as satellites signal, skyplot, etc.
