When pressing the TILT button at the remote / laser you de-activate the TILT alarm function.
V-W-S MODE (VIBRATION-WIND-SECURITY)
Press key
, to switch on the V-W-S mode. A red LED will show that this mode is activated. The
V-W-S mode allows continuous operation during strong wind, vibrations and shocks. Slight movements
will be ignored, only if significant movement occurs the laser stops rotating as the V-W-S mode works
with activated TILT function. Press key again to switch mode off.
SLOPE FUNCTION
This mode can
only be operated by using the remote control:

SLOPE
once to tilt X axis with buttons (1) (LED of X axis on the instrument is blinking)
Press key
SLOPE
twice to tilt Y axis with buttons (1) (LED of Y axis on the instruments is blinking.
Press key
SLOPE
for long time to quit slope function.
Important: If the slope angle is beyond self-levelling range the slope process stops and an alarm signal
sounds.
When it is in SLOPE mode the unit will automatically leave the TILT mode.
SHIELD FUNCTION
With buttons (4) or with the remote control the laser beam can be shielded in all four directions -
however, in max. three directions at the same time. This avoids that several laser instruments on one
construction site may disturb each other.
SLEEP FUNCTION
In order to save energy the laser beam and rotation can be switched off by pressing button

on the remote and POWER switch on the instru-
ment are available. After 30 min. in sleep mode the unit will auto power off. When leaving the sleep
mode previous modes will maintain. It is not possible to switch the unit on/off completely with the
remote control.
