INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
This section contains instructions for organizational inspection and
maintenance of the Mask Light Amplified Mic .
Perform the inspections listed in Table 1 each time the Mask Light Amplified
Microphone requires inspection
To inspect the operation of the
microphone, follow the instructions for the
communication test set available for 28 VDC
Electret Amplified microphones
To inspect the operation of the light, connect
the oxygen mask communications cable
to an appropriate communications test set
configured for 28 Volt operation. Actuate the
lip/tongue lever switch to ensure proper on/
off function.
