Take 30 breaths for every train, and train
twice a day, five days a week. If each train
could be easily done, patients may upgrade
level next week. In procedure, monitor vital
signs and SpO2 for adjusting training level.

•
Please follow the
physician’s
order and medical staff's instructions.
•
People with poor consciousness and unable to follow instructions are not
recommended for breathing training.
•
Training should not be admitted in an hour of the meal.
•
Single patient use to avoid cross contamination.
•
It’s
not recommended for people under 16 y/o to use the device by themselves
.
•
Patients with Spontaneous tension pneumothorax do not admit the
breathing training, in order to avoid the relapse. Otherwise, patients with
traumatic pneumothorax and rib fracture before completely recover are the
absolute contraindication of using this device.
•
Patients with herniation need
physician’s
confirmation before using the device.

mouthpiece, blow out slowly and then take a deep
breath as soon as possible. Hold the breath, then exhale
slowly. The yellow ball would move during the training.
Rest for 30 seconds after every 30 breaths.
