Extension in use 

The extension In Use feature prevents accidental interruption of ongoing telephone conversations. If you attempt 

to make a call and another phone is in use on line, the handset LCD will display 

“Ext In Use”

. If you press 

TALK

, you hear extension error tone. 

 

 

 

 

Note:

 if you want to join a conversation on an extension currently in use, Press 

TALK 

twice. The flash feature 

does not function. When the phone is in the conference mode. 

 

 

Intercom from the handset to handset 

 

1.  Press 

INT

 on the handset,   

2.  Press 

1, 2

 or 

3

 to select handset number you want to intercom call. 

(1, 2, 3)

 

 

 

 

 

3.  The handset paging beeps and the handset LCD will display handset number. 

 

 

 

 

4.  Press 

TALK

 to receive intercom call. 

5.  To turn off the intercom, press 

TALK

 on the handset. 

Note:

 if no answer, press
