5.1 Generator startup by rope.
If the battery doesn't have enough charge, the generator can be started
manually with the starter rope.

Turn the fuel vent of fuel cap to “ON”:

Turn the fuel valve to Open, "ON".

Place the choke in closed air position; this position enriches the gasoline mix
and makes startup easier.
