During the initial commissioning of the device, the functional 
check is to be performed without powder!  

 

 

Switching on and off the conveying procedure 

 

The conveying procedure is switched on and off by the pump control (see 
the corresponding operating manual). 

Switching on and off the rinsing procedure 

 

The rinsing procedure is switched on and off by the pump control (see the 
corresponding operating manual). 
 

 

For a better understanding of the interrelationships in powder coating, 
it is recommended to read completely the operating instructions of the 
control unit and the powder gun, so as to be familiar with their 
functions too.
